- Shipping & Delivery
- Artisano Designs shipping and delivery processes provide you fast, efficient and cost-effective sales fulfillment. Select to ship orders to your store address or directly to your customers - the choice is yours! Our drop shipping service allows you to ship directly to your customer while ensuring your business name is clearly marked as the sender. Your customer realizes the shipment is from you and there is no idle time. US orders ship from our New York warehouse via Fedex and Canadian orders ship from our Greater Toronto, Ontario warehouse using Purolator Courier. Of course, you'll have several shipping options to choose from and full access to shipment tracking information!
- Privacy & Security
- Artisano Designs values greatly your trust, and the privacy and security of your sensitive business and payment information is secure. We use SSL technology to ensure transaction security, and we never sell your business information or contact details outside our corporation. Period.
- Returns & Replacements
- At Artisano Designs, we want to ensure you're fully satisfied with all our party gifts and favours. We go to great lengths to ensure product quality and quality assurance through the shipment process. Should you not be satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return them for a refund of the product costs provided you have requested a Return Authorization Number first. Return Authorizations must be requested within 21 days of the shipping date of the items. If products are damaged, we may require a digital photo of the items in question. At times, the shipping company will be required to investigate and evaluate damage claims. Contact us to submit your request for return authorization and receive return instructions. Please note that only 1 replacement order will be issued for any damage/defective claims. It is recommended to inspect yor full order upon receipt.
- Artisano Designs is committed to ensuring qualified account applicants are quickly approved and there are no minimum orders. Artisano Designs sells strictly wholesale to registered vendors and not to the end consumer. Vendors must login to see product pricing and place their orders through our secure shopping cart for the most efficient service, 24/7, 365 days a year. Vendors may also call us directly at 1-877-779-7972 to place their order.
- Retail Sales Tax Exemption (Ontario HST)
- Ontario vendors recognize that the account application serves as your blanket RST Purchase Exemption Certificate as required by the Ontario Ministry of Revenue. In submitting your account application, you are claiming the following exemption from Ontario retail sales tax under the provisions of the Retail Sales Tax Act on the puchase of taxable goods, specifically "Taxable Goods or Taxable Services Purchased for Resale." Artisano Designs (the "supplier") shall retain your submitted information as a matter of record as mandated by provincial regulations.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment flexibility is important to you, so it is to us too! You may make online payments via Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Certified cheques and money orders are acccepted only by mail, and will delay shipment of your order until the funds clear.
- NB: As of July 2017, prices remain in US Dollars yet Canadian customers may select CAD and shop in their native currency.
- Wholesale pricing is available to approved vendors that are logged into the website with dealer access. Deeper wholesale price discounts are further made available for bulk orders. As the original designer, importer and distributor of Artisano Designs products, we offer registered vendors and customers true wholesale pricing. Suggested retail prices are also provided.
- In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Artisano Designs will have the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Artisano Designs may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
- Viewing Orders
- Staying on top of your orders is fast and easy - the way it should be! Simply logon to Artisano Designs website to check your order history, recent orders and their tracking numbers. Tracking information is made available as soon as the item is released to the courier. We understand that keeping your informed helps you deliver better service to your customers.
- Updating Account Information
- Simply login and make edits to your customer centre dashboard. Keeping your account information up to date will ensure we are providing you and your customers the best, most accurate offerings and service. Ensuring your payment information is correct will ensure there is no delay of shipments. Also, up to date contact information helps you keep up to date on Artisano Designs news, new items, discontinued items, and out stock updates.
